It's Dec. 14th and the first snow.
Matt and I took Zues for a walk over to my sister and dragged poor Aaryn out... freeeeezing but fun!!

Here's the house with a white roof. We were so excited that we started our first fire.

Matt called his dad to tell him about the "manly" thing he did. No, not chopping the wood... putting the dur-a-log in. Cute!
Zues completely hogged the fire and would have stuck his head in if we let him. Such a metro.

I cannot believe how big she is now... almost 11. Maybe it's the pregnant thing or Christmas, but during the holiday's I could totally take the entire month off and be content just being around the family... even if they drive me nuts. :)

I do think though, that when you are preggers you already begin to see the world completely different. The little moments never get overlooked, and you appreciate simple things so much more. Actually, everything just seems more simple. No more worries about work, money, things to buy, or "getting ahead." All Matt and I have to do is just enjoy the moment and be great to one little life. It's ironic I guess when your entire world is about to become the craziest it's ever been. This whole "mom" thing appears quite grounding , and I.. no we, totally love it.
Don't worry though. I'm not crying at commercials or participating in any type of crafting nights!
